A major update to the venerable Python CMS based on the Zope framework , Plone 3.
Python
Since it's built around Zope and python it doesn't necessarily integrate in with Apache very tightly.
Skeletonz is a new content management system (CMS) based on Python. The HTML coder can create the code right there, and then the Plone developer just tweaks it with extra attributes to fill in the content. To help demystify this whole Zope/Plonerelationship -- Zope is the web application server, CMF is the contentmanagement framework, Plone (like many other CMS solutions) use Zope's CMF. Plus by choosing an existing CMS software; you can then spend those 4-8 weeks working on content and making a Fedora theme. This is graduated process, like code moving from Extras to Core. We really need something we can make PO files from, if we want to keep the content easily updated. It is a content management system which makes it super easy to manage your content. There are others, maybe just as good, (depends on who you talk to ! )
but Python is a graduated - work-in-progress system.
